Refund Policy

This policy covers credit packs bought on removebackgroundfromvideo.org. Credits never expire, there is no subscription, and there are no automatic charges.

Failed jobs

If a job fails to process, for any reason on our side or the AI provider's side, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Unused credit packs

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any of its credits. Email support@removebackgroundfromvideo.org from, or mentioning, the email you used at checkout.

Partially used packs

Each processed clip uses paid computing time, so we don't refund a pack that has been partly used, except where the law requires it or where the service failed (for example, the result is blank, cut off or could not be downloaded). In that case write to us with the details and we will return the credits or refund the payment.

How refunds are paid

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through that provider, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@removebackgroundfromvideo.org. We usually resolve it within 2 business days.
